DarkPlanet can be used by VST2/VST3, and can be loaded from HALion series. We recommned you to use it from HALion. If you just want to use from HALion, you dont need to install VST2 and VST3.
Currently, it can be loaded from our HALion Sonic SE release : Steinberg.HALion.Sonic.SE.3.v3.5.10-R2R

If you want to use DarkPlanet VST2/VST3, you need HALion Sonic SE module.
